Through the investment of technology, the new equipment will even scribe on all the beams/columns to make installation easier for your team. PLATE FABRICATION
This type of fabrication plays a large role in the aggregate market and with the equipment we have in place, we can ensure that the welds far exceed the specifications required. The team has spent over twenties years perfecting their craft and have made a few strides in ensuring that the equipment fits inside any structure needed.
STAINLESS STEEL
Stainless Steel for many shops is a nuisance that they would outsource to a smaller shop. We pride ourselves in stainless steel fabrication and produced several platforms, stairs-rails, hoppers, labs and have been involved in fabricating a number of different pieces for the pharmaceutical industry (such as clean rooms). We have the personnel on site to insure the stainless meets your specifications 100% of the time.
ALUMINUM
Aluminum Fabrication was introduced to the shop in early 2005, and over the last 15 years the team has fabricated stairs-rails, hoods, guards, enclosures, bins, carts, ducts and hoppers. Not only can we fabricate the “normal” types of products, we have been put to task on processing equipment that many fabricators would shy away from.
